What is Structural Integration
A way of working with the body as a whole.
Structural Integration works with fascia -
the connective system that links the
entire body.
It surrounds muscles, joints, nerves, and organs,
shaping how the body moves and supports itself.
Rather than focusing on one area,
this work looks at how the body
is organised as a whole.
Through hands-on work and movement, the
body is guided to reorganise and move more freely
As Structure changes
the body begins to feel different.
Even small scars can affect how the body connects and moves.
They can reduce space and create restriction within the body.
By working with these areas,
we help restore connection mobility, and support
The bodyworks as a whole.
Small changes in one area can influence the entire structure.
This is why the work is never isolated,
but always connected
