Structural Integration

A process of reorganising the body as a whole.

Structural Integration works with fascia -
the connective system that links the entire body.

Over time, patterns from posture, injury, and
habits
can create tension and restriction.

This is work helps the body regain sapace,
organisation, and ease.

This work can be experienced as a 12 session process,
where each stage builds upon the previous one.

Session 1-4  |  Clearing & Preparation

The first stage focuses on creating space
in the more superficial layers of the body.

Like clearing a space before reorganising it,
we begin by releasing restriction
and improving hydration within the tissue.

This allows the body to soften
and prepares it for deeper work.

Session 5-8  |  Reorganisation
With more space available,
we begin to reorganise the body's structure.

This is where alignment, support,
and relationships between different parts
become clearer.

The body starts to find a more balanced way of moving.
Session 9-12  |  Integration
In the final stage,
the focus is on integration and coordination.

The body learns to move as a whole -
with better connection, efficiency, and ease.

Changes are no longer isolated,
but supported throughout the system.
Scar work can be included within this process,
or approached as a separate focus.

Even small scars can create restriction
within the connective system.

By working with these areas,
we help restore mobility, connection,
and overall balance in the body.

This is not a quick fix,
but a process of change over time -

allowing the body
to reorganise, reconnect,
and move more freely.
