Kristo Shum

is a registered physiotherapist (HK) and Structural Integration

Before Kristo places her hands on the body, she takes time to understand it.

She looks beyond where it hurts, observing how the body moves, how it has adapted, and what it may be trying to protect. Guided by anatomy and biomechanics, she sees each pattern not as something to fix, but as something to understand.

For Kristo, hands are one way of listening, and movement is another. Neither is about forcing change. Together, they create the space for the body to recognise what it already knows, restoring ease through understanding rather than intervention.
