Healing begins with listening.
Not just to pain, but to the body as a whole -
its patterns, its history, and they way it moves through life.

 Kristo Approach

At the heart of Kristo's work
is a sensitivity to the body's language.

Through careful body readying,
she observes how the body moves and adapts

Her approach is not about forcing change,
but about creating the conditions
for the body to reorganise itself.

Using Structural Integration,
hands-on therapy and movement,
she helps release long-held tension in the
fascia
and support the nervous system
towards a more balance regulated state.
